The TECARIO® light line system for recessed ceiling mounting features a slender housing of extruded aluminium, a purist appearance and high quality, efficient lighting technology. The optical enclosure as a block-like element with supplementary lateral light emission and the mounted end caps set further design accents and underline the character of the luminaire.
The system with modular design consists of housing, light insert with T16 lamp and optical enclosure, offering a wide range of combination possibilities: from single luminaires to infinite light lines. The overlapping lamp configuration guarantees homogeneous illumination without visible dark spots (with frosted cover or HDP®).
Different optics allow use for a wide variety of applications. A fully frosted version, a version with HDP® and a version with CAT2 louvre are available. Also available: a version with two pre-assembled spot modules mounted at face ends for LED, QR or HIPAR light sources.
The frosted version is suitable for all public building areas such as corridors, transition ways, entrance areas and collection areas, and the glare-reduced HDP® and CAT 2 louvre versions are ideal for use in offices, conference rooms and meeting rooms.

Various optical enclosures are available for differing application areas:

• completely frosted cover with diffuse light distribution for optically seamless light lines without dark spots
• cover with frosted lateral surfaces and transparent underside for seamless light lines without dark spots; good glare reduction via combination with inner High Definition Prismatics (HDP®)
• cover with frosted lateral surfaces and transparent underside in combination with highly specular louvre, for reduced luminance; CAT2 (L≤ 1000cd/m²) |
