Lunis® EH secondary distribution system | narrow distribution
Version:
for metal halide lamp (HIT-CE)
Version:
for low voltage tungsten halogen lamp (QT12)
Features

The Lunis® EH luminaires with secondary distribution system create rotationally symmetrical light distribution via a narrow beam optic from a primary reflector positioned directly in front of the light source and a secondary reflector for reflection of light into the room. This results in very homogenous light with low glare, enabling the lighting of computer screen workstations (CAT 2) with the Lunis® EH downlights.

Special features
  • secondary distribution system: balanced, glare-free, daylight-similar light; suitable for the illumination of computer screen workstations
  • suitable for applications with higher protection demands (IP44)
Housing

Modular construction consisting of downlight and separate gearbox for placing or suspending in ceiling void | sheet steel housing, galvanised | visible sheet steel face plate, pure white (RAL 9010) | three-point mounting without tools | aluminium secondary reflector, semi-specular | lamp enclosure of borosilicate glass with internal, highly specular primary reflector

Electrical

Luminaire wired ready for connection | separate gearbox with 3-pole mains terminal, max. 2.5mm² |
HIT-CE lamp variation: gearbox with pre-assembled cable with plug connection to downlight, length=0.5m
QT12 lamp variation: for electronic transformer, dimmable with inverse or forward phase control | please order gearbox separately

Lighting technology

The light of a spot source is reflected from a primary to a secondary reflector and from there into the room, the lamp cannot be seen |
