The recessed downlights of the Lunis® E family offer an extremely wide range of possibilities for planning. With a modular construction of reflector, attachment ring and separate control gear unit, any installation situation can be solved with ease. Separation of the reflector unit and ballast achieves reduction of the ceiling load on the downlight. A wide variety of mounting accessories makes for easy installation within different ceiling systems. In addition to differing versions for high pressure lamps and high-voltage tungsten halogen lamps, versions for compact fluorescent lamps with multiwatt technology are also available. These can be equipped with lamps between 26W and 42W according to requirements.
Additional flexibility exists for Lunis® E applications with a wide range of optical and decorative accessories that enable many lighting design tasks to be solved. The downlights can thus be configured with IP44 on the room side. Lunis® E downlights are light-tight in the ceiling and therefore also suitable for open ceiling systems such as expanded metal ceilings.
