Beyond its entrepreneurial responsability Siteco performs its function as an active player in our society and, thus, understands itself as a corporate citizen. This role encompasses the support of cultural, scientific, social and sporting issues and projects in the realm of the Siteco Group and its locations.
Just to give an example, Siteco supports the Leipzig based University of Science, Economy and culture, the Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Kultur in Leipzig (HTWK). Within the world of science, Siteco also bolsters the University of Hildesheim. There the company maintains a vivid exchange of know-how. Among the numerous sponsoring projects there are quite a few cultural, sporting and social projects. There is a direct contact to a children`s hospital in Romania, which can count on the help of the Traunreut based specialist for lighting systems. Siteco also supports exhibitions linked to the highly interesting phenomenon of "light".
All projects and issues to be sonsored have one thing in common: They all come from the direct environment of the Siteco locations and their staff.
